Most Phaedias products are “built to order”. What does that mean?
In short, it means we can run our company super lean with our overall footprint being as small as possible.
As part of our efforts to operate as environmentally friendly as we can, we often do not fabricate our products until an order is placed. This helps assure that we can continue using a smaller manufacturing facility needing less storage, less space, less power and creating less waste.
While that also means your order usually won’t ship immediately, we appreciate your patience as being part of our efforts to be a responsible manufacturer. Please know your order will ship within ten working days, probably sooner.
