Lost a part? Kitty got a little over-zealous and something got damaged? A part no longer fits as it should?   No problem, we have you covered.

This includes items like small hardware parts such as screws or a wooden foot or cap or similar.

Just send us an email and let us know what you need. Be sure to tell us what item it’s for and include details that help us understand exactly what part you need.

If it’s a replacement for one of the scratching surfaces you need, please view the Products for Cats page. Please remember scratching surfaces are expected to wear out over time and with use and are not included in our list of replacement parts we usually provide free of charge.
